Abstract
Tamil Nadu's Tenth Plan for the period 2002-07 was drawn envisaging the same 8% growth rate as for national economy as the first step towards fulfilling the ultimate aim of doubling per capita income by 2010. the aim is to provide opportunities for a healthy and productive life for all. the Chief Minister's 15 Point Programme is the road map for development during the Tenth Plan.
