Report of the Task Force on the Mountain Ecosystems [Environment and Forest Sector] for Eleventh Five Year Plan

Abstract

The detailed guidelines which were received from the Co-chair of the Steering Committee for Eleventh Five Year Plan for Ministry of Environment and Forests, soon after the task of constitution of the Working Groups and Task Forces was completed towards the end of August, 2006, admitted itself of "the long delays" which had incurred in setting up of the groups and suggested commencing deliberations on the terms of reference "right away".
