Abstract

The Directorate of School Education deals with general education at elementary and secondary levels and teacher’s education. Budget allotted for this Directorate includes grants to school organisations engaged in the field of education. More emphasis has been laid on universalisation of primary education by continuing the schemes like, A.P.Primary Education Project, Operation Black Boar 1 and development of vocational education at school level etc.
