Abstract

It would, therefore, be relevant that the growth of economy of the Pradesh is viewed in the perspective of trends in demographic indicators, labour force vis-a-vis work force, growth in major development sectors which include agriculture, industrial output (registered and unregistered sectors), power generation, human resource development and development in social infrastructure availability. A detailed review on these aspects follows in the subsequent paragraphs.
