Abstract

Before suggestions are made about the direction in which the work and the institutional arrangements should be reorganised, note has to be taken of the views expressed within the Commission on these matters in the recent past. We have also to consider changes, growth, and effort at reorganisation of the Office of the Planning Commission over the years.
