Abstract
The main emphasis of the scheme is to provide elementary education facilities to all habited habitations of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Free Elementary Education is provided to the school going children of the habitations. Economical weak and Tribal Students are provided with incentives like Free Text Books, Free Uniforms, Free Note Books.
