Draft Annual Plan 2008-09 Government of Jammu and Kashmir

Abstract

In view of the felt needs of the people for reconstruction and development of infrastructure, a large number of works has been taken up in the past. An effort will be made to complete the ongoing works. This will help reduce the incidence of time and cost overrun and will also generate the satisfaction of the people because the benefit will start accruing to the public.
