Kudal Commission of Inquiry on Gandhi Peace Foundation and Other Organisations First Interim Report

Abstract

This House recommends to the Government that any action to tarnish the name of Mahatama Gandhi, the Father of our Nation, be taken serious note of and a Commission of Inquiry be appointed under the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 to enquire into the acts and activities including publications and sources and misuse of funds, of the Gandhi Peace Foundation, the Gandhi Smarak Nidhi and the All India Sarva Seva Sangh and other closely connected organisations and report to the Government within a period of six months.
