Abstract

The scheme for publicity under the Second Five Year Plan envisaged the setting up of a Publicity Unit and an Information Centre for attracting Public bias for the successful execution of development programmes and to be informative for the people of the mainland with regard to these Islands which have all along remained under isolation.
