Abstract

Planning Commission, Government of India set up a Working Group on Health Care Delivery in Urban and Rural Areas including Public Health System, Health Surveillance, HMIS, Health Legislation vide its Order No.2(5)/3/95-H&FW dated the 6th February, 1996 in the context of the formulation of 9th Plan (1997-2002) under the chairmanship of Union Secretary (Family Welfare), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The list of the members and Terms of Reference are given in Annexure.
