Abstract

In this publication, the programme for the third year of the State’s Third Five Year Plan is briefly explained. The net State Plan outlay for 1963-64 amounts to Rs. 32.88 crores as against the total Third Plan allocation of Rs. 170.00 crores, excluding the Central share of the outlay for Centrally sponsored schemes. The statement below gives at a glance the distribution of the outlays, by major heads of development, provided for the first, second and third years of the Third Plan (the actuals for 1961-62, B.E. and R. E. for 1962-63 and B.E. for 1963-64, include the Central share on Centrally sponsored schemes, the share of the schemes sponsored by the I.C.A.R. and Commodity Committees and the share of the E.S.I. Corporation)
