North East Frontier Agency Annual Operating Plan 1971-1972 Shillong

Abstract

The Annual Operating Plan for 1971-72 is being issued out to all Districts and Departments by 20th March,1971. Schemes have been split up districtwise showing both the financial and physical targets. It is now for the heads of Departments and the Deputy Commissioners to take action for adjusting their local requirements to the tailored targets set forth for them. They will no doubt ensure that final sanctions etc. are issued by the end of June'71 and action towards that end initiated soon after receipt of this Plan.
