Abstract
The draft Tenth Five Year Plan 2002-07 and Annual Plan 2002-03 of Delhi were placed before the Planning Board on 15th March, 2002. Planning Commissar approved outlay of Rs.23000 crore for Tenth Five Year Plan and Rs/ 700 crore for Annual Plan 2002-03 in a meeting held with the Chief Minister, Delhi on 29th March, 2002. The approved size of plan outlay of Rs.4700 crore is proposes to be retained in revised estimate for 2002-03.
