Abstract
The Planning Commission in their Office Memorandum No. 24(2)/83-I&CAD, dated 16th July, 1983, constituted a Working Group on Flood Control for the Seventh Five Year Plan with Secretary, Ministry of Irrigation as Chairman and Member (Floods), Central Water Commission as the Convener. A copy each of the original Memorandum constituting the Working Group and subsequent additions/changes in its composition are enclosed as Annexures 1.5.
