Abstract
The draft Fourth Five Year Plan (1966-71) envisaged an outlay of Rs.1717.38 lakhs. An outlay of Rs.292.12 lakhs was earmarked for the year 1966-67. Against this provision an overall outlay of Rs.280.43 lakhs was proposed by the Administration in the draft Annual Plan for 1966-57
