Draft Fifth Five Year Plan Government of Manipur

Abstract

During the First three five year plans Agricultural programmes did not receive adequate attention and as such agricultural development in Manipur was not satisfactory. During the Fourth Plan some emphasis was laid on agricultural production programmes and for this purpose various schemes were also drawn up. the physical targets and anticipated achievements of fourth five year plan under important items indicate that by and large the Fourth Plan targets were achieved.
