Summary Record of the Conference of the Additional District Magistrates (Planning) and District Planning Officers Government of Uttar Pradesh

Abstract

Welcoming the District Planning Officers. the Minister said that it was a matter for great pleasure that this Conference would provide an opportunity to all the District Planning Officers and Heads of Development Departments, all of whom are rich with practical experience gained from day-to-day working in the field, to come together and ponder over the Second Five-Year Plan and other connected matters. Recalling the conference of Divisional Commissioners held a few months back, the Minister considered it to be appropriate to keep in view the discussions held at that time which may help in formulating concrete steps now for the execution of the Second Five-Year Plan.
