Abstract
An outlay of Rs.259 Crores has been approved by the State Government for the five Year Plan 1978-83. Out of this, an outlay of Rs.58.51 Crores was approved for the first year of 1978-79. An outlay of Rs.60 Crores is proposed for the year 1979-80 which is about 2.5% higher than outlay for 1978-79.
