dc.description.abstractIn view of the fact that major programmes under power relate to generation of power and distribution of power with scheme like drawing of transmission lines and power stations etc. which, do not directly benefit the Scheduled Castes, they have been kept outside the purview of the Special Component Plan. The programmes envisaged, therefore, are those which are entirely divisible.
