Implementation of economic upliftment and social Security schemes on al large scale with a view to ensure that 50% of Scheduled Caste population cross the poverty level. Providing educational and training facilities on a large scale especially in the fields of technical and professional education with special orientation towards fields with immediate job opportunities.
