Abstract
The tropical climate of this territory favour rapid multiplication of different pests and diseases. The cultivated areas arc mostly surrounded by forests which . provide alternative hosts. Thus different pests and diseases are present in active from through out the year heavy and continuous rains are received during the role season which restricts the number of working days.- There are no private or cooperative agencies for sale of chemicals and equipments.
