Draft Annual Plan Proposals States 1971-72

Abstract

The detailed guidelines for preparing the Annual Plan of individual sectors of development are attached as annexures B-I to B-XXI of this letter. It is expected that these would be carefully considered by the departments concerned as well as the Planning Departments while framing and scrutinising the programmes/schemes for the year 1971-72. It is, however, essential that, in addition to the specific points made in the guidelines for individual sectors, certain basic considerations should be kept in view while drawing up the plan proposals for 1971-72.
