Report of the Working Group on Block Level Planning

Abstract

The Group especially acknowledges with gratitude the assistance provided by Shri V. Venkatesan, Secretary, Shri D.S. Kulkarni, Deputy Secretary and other officials of the Planning Department of the Government of Maharashtra for holding its meetings in Bombay and assisting the Working Group in various ways. Thanks are also due to Sarvashri K.V. Sundaram, B.S. Sahi and M.M. Salgal of Planning Commission who assisted the Working Group in its deliberations.
