Second Five Year Plan Rajasthan State District Plans (1958-59)

Abstract

This publication is intended to show the direct and indirect benefits which will flow to the various districts of Rajasthan under the annual plan programme for the year 1958-59 of the Second Plan. The schemes it eluded in the Plan can be broadly classified as— Schemes of a general nature benefiting the entire State, and Schemes of local importance or benefit which are planned for execution at the district level or below. The Plan provision for the year 1958-59 amounted to 20.11 crores. the total expenditure on the category of General schemes is estimated at 9.53 crores. the expenditure on District schemes has been estimated at 10.84 crores.
