Review of Progress Annual Plan 1966-67 Government of Andhra Pradesh

Abstract

The outlay originally approved for the Annual Plan of Andhra Pradesh for 1966-67 was Rs. 79.25 crores comprising Central assistance of Rs. 50.00 crores and Rs. 29.25 crores as the State’s resources. The Government of India subsequently sanctioned additional Central assistance to the tune of Rs. 11.25 crores comprising of Rs. 8.00 crores for Nagarjunasagar Project, Rs. 1.75 crores for Minor Irrigation programmes and Rs. 1.50 crores for energisation of Tubewells and Pumpsets. With this additional Central assistance, the approved outlay for the Annual Plan 1966-67 comes to Rs. 90.50 crores.
