Annual Plan 1975-78 Haryana

Abstract

The Planning Commission has set forth an annual growth rate of 5.5 per cent for agricultural production in the Fifth Year Plan. Substantive target of 280 lakh tonnes for foodgrains, 43 lakhs tonnes for sugarcane (In terms of Cur), 6 lakh tonnes for oil seeds and 26 lakh bales of cotton has been fixed by the Commission for Haryana State.
