Abstract
The concern or public policy with the problem of space and regions is becoming increasingly evident. the emergence of substantial areas as specific entities in the context of growth is one of the distinguishing features of the recent past. One of the important reasons for this interest in the problem of space and regions is the growing disparities in prosperity between different subnational areas. for instance, in U. S. A. the Connecticut State recorded the highest per capita income in 1958 which was about 2.7 times the per capita income of the Mississippi State.
