Abstract

The next year will be the Fourth Year of the Fourth Five Year Plan in this Territory. As already said previously, so far as this Union Territory is concerned, the Fourth Five Year Plan is practically is the First Five Year Plan as after its merger with the Indian Union in I961 as this is the First Five Year Plan formulated for the Territory.
