Abstract
The main terms of reference of the Team were to examine the draft proposals prepared by the Government of Sikkim for the Annual Plan 1972-73 in the light of the progress made in 1971-72, to make recommendations regarding the size, content and inter-sectoral priorities of the Annual Plan, 1972-73 and the manner of financing it.
