Draft Sikkim Annual Plan 1994-95 (Volume 1)

Abstract

The commencement of the 1994-95 Plan will coincide with the completion of eighteen year of Sikkim being made a member of the family of States of the Indian Union. During this period, the State has witnessed, a multi- dimensional transformation touching every aspect of development in the social and economic fields which have initiated a spate of development activities resulting in major strides recorded in practically every sector of the economy.
