Abstract

During the past few years the outlays on Annual Plans approved by the Planning Commission were reduced considerably at a later stage- due to which the contractual obligations already incurred wore passed on to the subsequent years' plans. This has net only led to time cost over-runs the s-schemes but has also affected the progress of the works. The target envisaged in 1993-94 is based on an outlay of ft.225.50 Crores cut of which provision from State Govt.
