Second Five Year Plan Madhya Bharat

Abstract

Prior to the formation of Madhya Bharat, there were two big and six small Presses in the Covenanting States of Madhya Bharat. After the merger, four of these were sold and two were amalgamated with the Presses at Gwalior and Indore which are trying to cater to the needs of the whole State. the work of this department has been increasing at a rapid pace every day since the formation of Madhya Bharat and it is likely to be more than doubled in the course of next five years.
