The Punjab Third Plan Mid-Term Appraisal

Abstract

The present appraisal of the State Third Plan has been undertaken with the object of locating the "problem areas"-in developmental work and for identifying-those aspects of policy and implementation which need special attention for ensuring that the Plan is implemented in full by the end of 1965-66. The Plan as formulated comprised essentially a pragmatic and practical programme of work in various fields.
