Abstract

The present Report is the third in the series of the Interim Reports submitted by the Commission to the Government. The first two Interim Reports were submitted on 4th January, 1985 and 25th April, 1985 respectively. This Report covers the progress made in investigation and inquiry upto 15th July, 1985.
