Draft Annual Plan 2004-2005 Government of Arunachal Pradesh

Abstract

As per the guidelines circulated by the Planning Commission, the Draft Annual Plan 2004-2005 is required to be prepared on the basis of Central support provided to the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh during 2003-04. However, keeping in view the State’s limitations to mobilize its own resources, huge financial deficit and also appreciating the development needs and hope and aspirations of the people for a healthy and sustainable economic growth, the Planning Commission guidelines could not be adhered to.
