Abstract
The outlay allotted for the Secondary Education directorate is too meager to accommodate all the budgeted Programme to be sanctioned during 1904-95 Consequently, Some programs such as’ creation of 20 Posts of masters/ mistress under the Scheme Expansion of facilities classes VI -VII on the basis of additional enrolment introduction of commerce in 59 senior secondary Schools, creation of additional staff for Headquarter and. creation of 4 Posts of ADA’ some other Qualitative improvement Programme have to be Stashed down Mo new Programmes has been included in the draft annual Plan 1995-96 in accordance with the Targets fixed for 8th Five Year Plan 1002-97.
