Draft Annual Plan 1973-74 Jammu and Kashmir State Vol III

Abstract

The proposals from the two Universities for the year 1973-74 envisage an outlay of Rs. 54.69 lacs (State share) out of which Committed is of the order of Rs. 10.65 lacs. The Universities have out of the out-lay for the 4th Five year plan only two lacs left for the year 1973-74. This amount is negligible and it is incumbent that they are adequately provided for.
