Annual Plan 1992-93 Government of Mizoram

Abstract

Though the Annual Plan in resoect of each and every 'development department had been approve during the months of March, and April, 1992, compilatic and publication in a book form takes some more time. I Very much regret that due to technical Problem and financial constraint, this douement could not be printed in the Govt. Press where almost all the state of India could do the same.
