Third Five-Year Plan Orissa Programmes and Outlay

Abstract

The selling for the State’s Third Five-Year Plan is fixed at Rs. 160 crores. the excess will be adjusted within the ceiling as the Plan proceeds; but as indicated by Planning Commission the chapter on Financial Resources for the Plan (Third Five-Year Plan), with strict economies in expenditure, especially on outlays outside the Plan, it may be possible to finance some increases in the proposed outlays. This represents the ceiling approved by the Planning Commission for 1962-63. the actual budget provision may not, however, tally although the ceiling will form the basis for budgeting.
