Abstract

The Planning Commission vide their Office Memorandum dated March 12, 1996 constituted a Sub Group to draw up an indicative plan for Minorities for the IX Plan - a copy thereof is at ANNEXE I The Annexe also indicates the names of other Members who were coopted.
